TORCH alum, Steve Bryan has been part of the TORCH family for twelve years. During high school, in college, and now as a young professional, he has always been on-board for selflessly giving back and constantly staying connected.
During his senior year at Washington Irving High School (now known as Gramercy Arts H.S.) Steve received a scholarship for college from the Prescott Fund for Children & Youth. They were so amazed with Steve’s high achievements as a student at City College studying Political Science and Electrical Engineering, that they decided to extended the scholarship and offer it to more TORCH students throughout the years. Later on, after being introduced to TORCH board member Marc Siden, Steve landed an internship at Marc’s company, Onboard Informatics. Ten years later, Steve is now an Associate Developer there. From mentoring current TORCH students to simply helping us pack things up and lift boxes after TORCH events, he always finds a way to be a LIGHT and give back to TORCH.
On Thursday, November 15th Steve was honored at our 2012 TORCH Benefit and L.I.G.H.T. Awards alongside Regina Ebel, Executive Vice President at BBDO New York, and Keni Thacker, Senior Event Technology Specialist and Executive Producer of Differenter at JWT.
