We are looking for a creative marketing manager to develop and execute ideas as well as present to existing and new clients in digital media, traditional media and branded entertainment. The Manager, Innovations helps to develop marketing and digital breakthroughs which help our clients navigate the emerging media and evolving technology landscape. We take advertising to the next level by embracing emerging trends and technologies to reach the consumer in revolutionary ways. This is a special division created specifically to keep tabs on the latest developments in technology, media, marketing, consumer behaviors, trends in pop culture and the digital world. Major accounts in film, television, gaming, beverages, auto and others.


Stay up to date on trends in technology, culture, and advertising, and be able to translate trends into new opportunities for business growth across all marketing platforms including print, outdoor, TV, events and digital opportunities.
Lead and participate in Innovations brainstorming sessions daily for client-specific campaigns. Assist the group in coordinating with internal departments including the IPG Lab for investigation and assessment of emerging technologies and platforms.
Develop relationships with vendors and source new leads in emerging media platforms.
Manage new media campaigns from ideation to completion through entire agency cycle.
Prepare and deliver presentations, both internally and externally, around client-specific Innovations ideation, trends, opportunities and strategy in the area of digital media and emerging technologies
Support the group in its outreach programs to academic institutions, the investment and venture capital community, R&D hubs as well as relevant industry forums and associations
Desired Skills & Experience

Successful candidates will have 3+ years in advertising, media, digital, broadband, wireless companies or related marketing background, and have an entrepreneurial spirit yet work well in a corporate environment.
Must have extensive knowledge of the emerging technologies and existing media and be able to develop creative uses to help our advertisers ‘break through the clutter’.
Must have strong presentation skills and be able to generate ideas.
Must be a person who is passionate about innovation and delivers that passion in all areas of ideation and execution. Advertising Industry knowledge is preferred but not required.
