T.A.G. is Accepting Artwork Submissions from Young Artists, Ages 12-19, to Display & Sell!

ABOUT T.A.G. (Teen Art Gallery)

T.A.G. is an organization devoted to the creation of teen-curated, and teen-organized art galleries around New York City that display works of art created by talented young adults between the ages of 12-19.

 

ABOUT THE CONTEST

T.A.G. puts together gallery shows composed of works done by talented young artists of New York City ages 12-19.  Each gallery is composed of several works of art collected from teenagers around New York City through a submission process. The next show is coming up in July 2011 and will be hosted and sponsored by Open Center.  They are currently looking for submissions of art work from talented young artists. If your submission is chosen, you will have a chance to display and sell your artwork to the public!

 

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR WORK:

The deadline to submit your artwork is April 1st, 2011.

  • To submit you must be ages 12-19 and living in the New York City area.
  • With each submission include your name, the title of your work, the medium of your work, the size of your work, your e-mail address, phone number, and street address.
  • They are excepting anything nice, more specifically sculpture, photography, poetry, paintings, animations, comic art, video art, installations, drawings, and performance art.
  • Submit your artwork as an attachment to teenartgallery@gmail.com. Attachments should be between 200KB and 5MB.
